When we finally got off of the plane, we were greeted by a nice bus driver who took us to the Park Hyatt in Buenos Aires.

The hotel is quite impressive, amazing bathrooms, closets and beds. If you are coming here, it is top rate.....

We had about 40 minutes to get ready and then about ten of us met to go for a quick bite close to the hotel. After a quick bite, we did a little shopping and quickly met everyone to go and see the new hotel that is being built by our friends. It is just up the hill, a few blocks away from from the Hyatt. A 10 room boutique hotel that will surely be a long lived hot spot in Buenos Aires. The cocktail party was excellent with charcuterie, amazing beef stew and delicious Dulce de leche desserts. It was an amazing party and is certainly an exciting project.

We then went to a rstaurant called El Mirasol

The company was great as well as the Cabernet and the Waldorf Salads. The steak were just ok....great flavor but a bit tough.

I feel like I am in Spain...everyone is well dressed and stylish and the architecture reminds me of Madrid.....truly an oasis in South America!
