I know- it is an hour and forty five minute drive.....did I mention, no traffic ever? The Taconic is one of the most scenic parkways in New York (during the day that is....@ night it can be brutal).
So, get to the town of Hudson and head to a new Wine bar named P M........
The chef is the owner and prepares delicious little grazing appetizers like pate and garlicky meat balls. The wine list is very nice and the decor and music are fantastic.
