Tom Valenti and I have been friends since 1998 and he has been one of the most consistent, good hearted, talented chefs that I know.He has been literally everywhere and really has had a following for 20 years. Kudos to him.My wife and I went to see him last night after our 4 open houses and 6 appointments with buyers…..Of course we had not eaten all day and by 4:45pm, yes 4:45 pm we were famished.We sat at the nice bar and I got to watch some NFL football.We had the Cheddar Gougeres, an amazing burger, a steak tartar that was yummy and a great Vitello Tonnato.A delicious Pinot Grigio and lots of laughs with Tom at the bar.We both have a great appreciation for men’s watches and I love his white gold Rolex and he loves my new Panerai Pam 90……Go and have fun….
