Salty, spicy bone-in beauties are as tender as they are bold. And they sneak in a touch of sweetness.
They’re sold whole (16 to 18 pounds) for $150, or half (7 to 9 pounds) for $80. Party packages, with sides, cornbread and pies are $275 with a whole ham, $150 with the half. Some may be available there for last-minute shoppers.
