What do our customer's really think of us?

People ask me all the time how we managed to sell our apartment in such a
short time in such a terrible economy for such a great price. My answer is
simple, amazing brokers. Without the exceptional expertise of Carolyn and Paul
Zweben, I am convinced our apartment would still be on the market at a
considerably lower price. Carolyn and Paul are a rare find in Manhattan real
estate for many reasons. At your first meeting to discuss your property, they will
arrive on time already prepared with research in hand on the value of your home.
They will outline their marketing plan and be ready to discuss pricing. After you
meet with them you may be asking yourself (as I did) “ Is this couple too good to
be true? Will they deliver on their promises?” I assure you they will. Keep in mind
you are getting the best of both worlds with the Zwebens: Paul’s encyclopedic
knowledge of New York real estate and Carolyn’s savvy marketing (flowers,
champagne and music at every open house) not to mention their extensive
network of brokers and investors looking to buy a beautiful apartment such as
yours. Did I mention they are honest, trustworthy and nice?Carolyn and Paul will
answer every question you have thoughtfully and honestly. Your emails and calls
will be answered promptly (usually within, minutes… yes, minutes). They will
bring in the best in the business to stage and photograph your apartment.
(When you see those amazing photos, you will second guess your decision to
sell your home.) They will provide you feedback after every open house and
showing. The amount of effort and attention they dedicate to your sale will make
you feel as if your home is the only property they are selling (which of course is
far from true). When the offers come pouring in, they will review each buyer’s
qualifications and the building’s requirements. Every detail is taken care of prior
to closing.If you want to work with a broker that keeps you up at night worrying,
undersells your property, never answers your calls and makes you wonder if
he/she has forgotten about your apartment entirely, then don’t work with Carolyn
and Paul. However, I suspect you will choose otherwise and you will be happier
and richer for it.
