Here are 10 Tips for a good blog:

Get a 20 year old to help you set up your blog.

      I recommend www.natan.tv

     They are super pros and well priced!

Make sure each article can be retweeted or posted on facebook.

Post at least 3-4x per week

Have interactions with comments.

Be relevant and don't sell yourself as an agent (or whatever you do to put food on your table)- your blog will sell yourself subliminally.

Blogging is only 1 part of your online profile.....we use twitter, facebook and linked-in.

Whenever we do a new blog post- we retweet it onto twitter- it is all viral......

If you are going to blog- you have to work it and stay consistent. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Be a place of information....

We have a mortgage calculator and current quarterly reports.

Have fun with your blog- it doesn't cost a lot, other than your time.
