The Financial markets are reeling today and all of us have been on a roller coaster for quite some time. I do not ( and neither to the Wall Street Pros) see the light at the end of the tunnel, in the near future.

Of course it is very difficult not to get sucked into the financial market negativity; but we all need to stay focused.

I know that is hard for someone who just got a pink slip, but working through this financial storm will happen and brighter days lie ahead.

Living and breathing in the New York real estate market, I know that people need places to live, whether it is to buy and or to rent. The New York market has remained one of the most resilient markets in the Country and apartments are still renting and selling.

That being said; I never want to see people lose there jobs and have to learn how to make ends meet. This is certainly not a fun time on the "STREET" , but the banks need to work through there problems!
