Hells Kitchen is becoming a great food area of NYC.
Last night my wife and I were starving and headed to Hells kitchen to try a restaurant that has been on my list for a while. It is called Bocca Di Bacco. It has a very rustic feel to it, a great Italian Wine list and Moretti on tap.
We had the fried crispy stuffed olives. The pork stuffing in the olives was very tasting, and the tomato sauce under the olives went well with the whole plate. The Chef's choice of mixed Crostini was excellent, cheese, mushrooms and tomato....all good.
The octopuse salad needed less salt, a different sauce than the stuffed olives and more than a tiny piece of octopus for $14 bucks.
We then had the Fettuccine Bolognese, but substituted the pasta with spaghetti, It was tasty.
The menu has tons to choose from and we will surely be back....
