Last night I went out to dinner with Aimee Scher, Wendy Maitland, Erin Franzman, Barbara K, Jennifer Keil and of course Andy Wang to Table Eight at the New Cooper Square Hotel on Bowery in NYC.
The place is only two days old, but also has that ultra cool feel.
As someone who has lives through more than 15 opening of restaurants in my life, I know how it is. Slow and steady wins the race.
We had tons of laughs and the food and service were exactly where they should have been on day two.
I am looking forward to my return in about 6 weeks!
