The Redhead!

Last night Mrs. Z and I broke our “Fast” at The Redhead

It is a cool place down town and I only wish we had something like it on the

Upper West Side, but we all know that it will never happen.

Service was solid and we were excited for the fried chicken which just was #4

for the best fried chicken in NYC in NY Mag.

It was served with a green salad and cut strawberries. The portion was not huge;

it seemed like a 2.5 pound chicken and they served half of the bird.

My wife loved it and I thought the breast was over cooked and lacked flavor.

Carolyn’s burger was yummy and the chocolate cookies they serve to go with

the check is a nice touch.

@ beer, 2 glasses of wine, two appetizers and 2 entrees were $100 bucks plus

the tip.

I would go again!
