NIGHTLIFE/restaurant ace David Rabin, who for more than a dec ade has hosted an exclusive poker game, is ready to reveal the secrets of being a card shark. A poker lesson from Rabin -- whose weekly game has attracted players like Hank Azaria, Don Cheadle and Bobby Flay -- will be auctioned off at tomorrow's Chefs for Scher event at the Bowery Hotel. Steve Scher, a regular at the game, was a partner in Bar Bao, Calle Ocho and BLT Prime. He died suddenly in December on the morning after his 50th birthday party. Rabin's les son comes with dinner cooked by Abe & Arthur chef Franklin Becker at the Sixx Design townhouse on West Street. Pro ceeds from the event, which features the cooking of Flay, Laurent Tourondel and Scott Conant, benefit the Steven Scher Memorial Scholarship for Aspiring Restauranteurs.
