The Real Deal amasses a bunch of evidence suggesting that this on-the-market condo at 610 Park Avenue belongs to famed French restauranteur Daniel Boulud. The 2,500-square-foot pad is asking $6.5 million for three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a kitchen that's only 120 square feet. (The condo board shot down Boulud's request to expand the kitchen into the adjacent terrace space.) The apartment's annual common charges of $4,712 cover a catering service from Boulud's restaurant, Daniel, downstairs. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal, so why's he leaving? Apart from the tiny kitchen, The Real Deal wonders whether problems with Boulud's restaurant empire might be prompting the move. Or maybe he just got tired of living above the office? Whatever the reason, Boulud's still probably doing better than David Bouley.
