Last night after the soccer match (Germany lost to Spain), we met up with another couple and went to my friend's restaurant, Ouest. I remember when the Chef/Owner and dear old friend of mine, Tom Valenti told me that he was going to open a high end restaurant on The Upper West Side. I thought it was the dumbest move ever.....Well, I was wrong.
