This recipe will serve 4-6 people.

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. Lump crab meat (picked)
• 3 Eggs
• 4 T Whole grain mustard
• 1 c. Seasoned bread crumbs (plus more for dredging)
• 1 T Crushed red peppers
• Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Method

• Lightly mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
• Form into 4 oz. patties.
• Lightly coat the patties in seasoned bread crumbs.
• Saute crab cakes in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Paul's Sriracha Mayonnaise

• 5 T Mayo
• 1 T Sriracha
• The juice of one lemon
• Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Mix together and voila!
