Recipe
- Sauté one clove garlic and 3 sliced shallots in olive oil
- Add 1-2 cups sliced mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes
- Add 1/2 bottle dry white wine and 2 pints of cherry or pear tomatoes
- Bring pan or pot to high heat and cook until the tomatoes are soft to the touch.
- Add 1/4 bunch chopped basil
- Add 4 ounces while butter
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with your favorite pasta
