On the hunt to buy a condo on the Upper West Side, our clients had an unexpected twist. They were in contract on a condo, close to buying their dream home, when suddenly the deal fell through. The condo board exercised their right of first refusal, and suddenly our buyers had no home to move to. This setback started the clock: it was a race against time to find a new place in one of New York's most sought-after areas. (Challenge accepted!)
