Paul, Carolyn and the Zweben Team are terrific. My wife and I have worked with the Zweben Team twice, the first time when we purchased a 2-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side and more recently when they helped us sell it. The sale was particularly challenging, as we listed at the beginning of March 2020 just before the onset of the pandemic. We credit Paul, Carolyn and team for helping us sell, both quickly and at a good price, despite the environment. They are the whole package, providing sound advice and fierce negotiating skills. They are incredibly responsive and show incredible hustle on behalf of their clients.
